View Full Version : Cannot create new SOPERA Eclipse project

Hello,

I have installed the Toolsuite 3.2 under Windows XP SP2, with a fresh installation of Eclipse 3.4 (also tried 3.5) with WTP.
The problem I have is that when I go to the Resources perspective, and try to create a new project (File -> New -> Project), I cannot find a SOPERA group in the wizard. I only see General, Java, CVS, and Examples.
Did I install the wrong Eclipse? It's the "eclipse for Java developers" bundle. I tried to follow the installation instructions but can't see what I have missed.

The self-test worked ok; OpenDS and ActiveMQ start properly.

JDK is 1.6.0_16.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

Greetings,
Sven

Hello Sven,
please post a list of all foldernames, starting with org.sopware.toolsuite.*, you find in your eclipse/plugins folder.

Regards
Carsten

Hallo Sven, had the same problem, it was solved after I used the j2ee-package of eclipse (eclipse-jee-ganymede-SR2-win32.zip). You have to uninstall/reinstall Toolsuite after installing eclipse-jee. Greetings, Dietmar
